The Pro-Move Process

Our moving process is second to none. We will start by contacting you the day before your move to confirm details, and introduce you to the team lead.

First Walk-Through

Once our team arrives on site, we will conduct our first walk through. Our team will arrive on time, in uniform, with a clean truck and all supplies needed to complete your move. Our team lead will walk through each room with you to:
-Determine what is being moved.
-Note any particular order of rooms being moved.
-Check items for pre-existing damage and make notes.
-Determine what needs to be disassembled and reassembled.

Furniture Protection

Once the crew leader completes the walk through, our team will prep both the house and your belongings to prevent damages and make executing the move easier for the team including:
-Utilizing moving blankets to cover hard surfaces to prevent items from rubbing together during transit.
-Using tools to properly disassemble and reassemble furniture.
-Shrink Wrap Furniture to prevent damage.

Loading and Securing

This is where the pro-move team shines. You’ll appreciate the care, efficiency, and hustle that our movers exhibit throughout your move. Typically, one of the movers is focused on loading the truck, while the others are focused on bringing your belongings from the property to the truck. This accomplishes two things:
-Our movers load the truck in a way that makes the best use of space, which prevents damage and reduces the possibility of a second trip.
-A mover in the truck adds a level of security to prevent theft.
